Professional Biography of Amy
Amy joined the Coutts team in December 2023 as a Senior Lawyer, working in our Commercial Law & Litigation, Property Law & Employment Law teams, from our Narellan office.
Amy has over 12 years’ experience in the legal profession and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She was admitted to practice as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020 and has worked as a solicitor since.
Amy started her legal career in Conveyancing and Property where she had extensive experience in sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties, residential off the plan developments, commercial and retail leasing. She then gained experience in estate planning, estate administration and estate disputes.
After working primarily in transactional matters, she branched off into dispute resolution and settlement negotiations and now works across both areas. This enables her to have a holistic approach throughout the conduct of your matter.
Amy works with both corporate clients and individuals. She prides herself on understanding her client’s objectives to enable her to provide them with the relevant legal advice to allow them to make an informed decision and work towards their desired outcome.
Outside of the office, Amy enjoys hanging out with friends and her two French Bulldogs Pablo and Poppy.
