Professional Biography of Kaisha
Kaisha is a Senior Associate at Coutts Lawyers & Conveyancers and leads our Wills & Estate Planning team. With over a decade of legal experience, she has become a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth families in the Macarthur region, guiding them through estate planning, asset protection, and succession strategies for estates valued between $350,000 and $10 million.
Kaisha is passionate about helping her clients plan with confidence. She takes the time to listen and understand each client’s unique circumstances, tailoring estate planning documents to protect family wealth, support business continuity, and safeguard legacies for the next generation.
In addition to her estate planning expertise, Kaisha draws on her background in Property and Commercial Law, advising on retail and commercial leasing, resolving disputes, and supporting local government and small to medium enterprises. This combination of skills makes her particularly attuned to the needs of business owners whose estates often cross both personal and commercial interests.
Kaisha also assists executors and families in administering estates, including complex matters involving family provision claims, providing clear and compassionate guidance during difficult times.
