Professional Biography of Kaisha

Kaisha is a Senior Associate at Coutts and heads our Wills and Estate planning team. She has been a successful and established lawyer in the Macarthur Region for many years, where she has drafted and acted for various individuals and families with a net worth between $350,000 to $10,000,000.

Kaisha is dedicated and passionate in assisting her clients through the estate planning process and ensures that their affairs are dealt with in an empathetic and comprehensive manner. She actively listens and engages with her clients which allows her to prepare and draft individualised estate planning documents that accommodate her client’s concerns, needs and wishes.

Kaisha also provides executor services, where needed; and is often engaged to assist the executors or family members in managing and distributing the estate of their loved one. Furthermore, she has had deep experience in acting on behalf of the estate and individuals in matters involving a family provision claim.

In addition to her extensive knowledge in estate planning, Kaisha has a sound understanding of property and commercial law, acting on matters in relation to retail and commercial leasing negotiating and resolving leasing disputes for both local government and small to medium businesses.

Outside of Coutts, Kaisha is an active member of the community offering Pro Bono Services on a regular basis to the Cancer Council of Australia. She is also an avid presenter and speaker at many events, sharing her knowledge among like-minded professionals and community groups.
