Professional Biography of Christine
Christine is a licensed conveyancer and Justice of the Peace at Coutts’ Narellan office. Since joining Coutts Lawyers & Conveyancers in 2013 as our office manager, Christine quickly immersed her interest into property and started acting as a conveyancing assistant within our property team, where she continually deepened her knowledge and experience in an array of property transactions.
Christine is highly efficient and is able to assist clients with matters concerning; the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, retirement village contracts, put & call options and family transfers.
Christine communicates clearly with her clients, thoroughly walking them through every stage of the buying and selling process to ensure that their experience is as stress-free as possible. She also makes a point of being available to her clients, when they need her, throughout the entirety of their matter.
Since relocating from the Gold Coast to the Macarthur Region, Christine has progressively established strong relationships with local agents, mortgage brokers, builders, and other like-minded professionals. She is an enthusiastic NSW State of Origin supporter and has ascertained a good knowledge of the NSW property market. She regularly attends BCRG with local professionals, where she keenly shares and expresses her property knowledge in addition to discussing local business and community matters.
