Lawyer-in-charge: Karena Nicholls
A worker was denied liability on the provision of s11A of the Workers Compensation Act 1987. The employer alleged that the performance of the person was the reason they suffered a psychological injury. We were able to establish medical evidence that stated that work was the main contributing factor to the workers psychological injury which had caused an incapacity to work.
