Eventually, their employer proposed formally promoting them to a higher-level position, one that aligned with the work they were already doing, but neither client wanted to accept the role change.

Through strategic negotiation, our team secured voluntary redundancy packages in excess of $100,000 for each client. These outcomes protected our clients’ rights, acknowledged the value of the work they had contributed, and gave them the freedom to move forward on their own terms, without being pushed into a role they didn’t want.
