Client receives $500,000 in Compensation

Our client was injured at work and made a workers compensation claim. He exceeded the 15% whole person impairment and was entitled to claim in negligence (AKA work injury damages). Our client had suffered a significant psychological injury and was not able to return to his role. We claimed economic loss under the common law scheme as he had received a permanent impairment, medical expenses and past statutory weekly expenses and received over $500,000 in compensation.
