A man was injured in the course of his employment. He operated under an ABN and contracted only to one company as a courier. We were able to establish that the contractor was in fact his employer as they determined the runs, shifts, uniform, and leave. The arrangement was a sham contract. The worker was paid weekly and medical expenses under the policy of the contractor.
