Our client suffered a psychological injury at work arising from bullying and harassment and made a claim for permanent impairment under s66 & s67 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987. As the amount assessed was greater than 15% WPI this allowed the client to commence proceedings in common law for negligence. Common law negligence is for loss of economic loss and superannuation for past and future.
