Commercial/Litigation Lawyer (2 years PAE)

This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer to join a dynamic, young, successful law firm with offices across southwestern Sydney and a team of vibrant, talented, strategic lawyers.

You will act for clients across a variety of industries as well as individuals.  The lawyer in this role must deliver high quality, high value, timely legal advice and legal services for a number of clients.

You will need demonstrated experience in:

  • A variety of Commercial/Litigation law matters
  • Attending and participating in conferences and hearings
  • Building and developing  client relationships
  • Developing and managing own file loads
  • Experience using Leap documents & LEAP accounting systems
  • Ability to handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels
  • Exposure to Workers Compensation & Employment Law
  • A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and commercial strategy skills

Lawyer – Wills & Estates

We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Lawyer with at least 2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert advice and assistance on wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning.
  • Manage probate and estate administration matters.
  • Represent clients in estate disputes and mediation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals.
  • Developing and managing own file loads
  • Handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years PAE in Wills & Estate law.
  • Strong technical knowledge in estate planning, administration, and litigation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Hold a current New South Wales practising certificate
  • NSW drivers license
  • Ability to meet KPIs
  • Experience using Leap documents & LEAP accounting systems
