Job tasks and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll represent clients in the area of Personal Injury. Your key responsibilities will include managing and providing insightful reviews of legal advice, particularly in relation to common law damages claims and statutory workers’ compensation benefits. Additionally, you’ll negotiate terms with external parties, ensuring both top-tier service and effective delivery.

You’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience advising clients on various Personal Injury matters.
  • Prior involvement in Personal Injury cases is required.
  • A solid grasp of workers’ compensation legislation.
  • The ability to negotiate effectively with external providers, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Proficiency in working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in handling and managing a portfolio of cases.
  • Familiarity with the Leap software.
  • A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.

Lawyer – Wills & Estates

We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Lawyer with at least 2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert advice and assistance on wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning.
  • Manage probate and estate administration matters.
  • Represent clients in estate disputes and mediation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals.
  • Developing and managing own file loads
  • Handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years PAE in Wills & Estate law.
  • Strong technical knowledge in estate planning, administration, and litigation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Hold a current New South Wales practising certificate
  • NSW drivers license
  • Ability to meet KPIs
  • Experience using Leap documents & LEAP accounting systems
