We are proud to announce that Kaisha Gambell, senior lawyer and head of our Wills and Estate planning team, has recently been promoted to Senior Associate of Coutts Lawyers & Conveyancers, effective 1 January 2021. Kaisha joined Coutts in 2014 and during this time, she has acted for many individuals and families with a new worth between $350,000 – $10,000,000. Kaisha has always been passionate about Wills and Estates due to her interest in ensuring people protect their wealth and assets and family to ensure the process at the hardest time of the families lives become the easiest. Kaisha is also passionate about Elder Law and abuse, and ensuring the law protects our ageing population.
Kaisha is dedicated and passionate in assisting her clients through the estate planning process and ensures that their affairs are dealt with in an empathetic and comprehensive manner. She also provides executor services, where needed, and is often engaged to assist the executor’s or family members in managing and distributing the estate of their loved one.
Kaisha has developed not only in her own department but is a natural leader and mentor in Coutts and her external networking group. Kaisha is well respected by her colleagues and clients and always someone which people feel they can trust as well as learn from and seek help.
