The introduction of the Home Builder Grant has seen land sales skyrocket!
The Home Builder Grant is a grant of $25,000.00 to be able to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home for Contracts that have been signed between 4th June 2020 – 31st December 2020 and is open to eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers).
