Final Orders amended following Contravention

Lara’s client, a Mum of two children, had a Contravention Application filed against her, alleging seven counts of contravening Final Court Orders. The children had made a number of disclosures which led to Lara’s client having genuine concerns about the safety and well-being of the children while spending time with the Father. After Lara successfully defended 6 of the 7 counts of contravention, the Final Orders were amended to reduce the amount of time the children spend with the Father. In addition, the concerns of Lara’s client were addressed, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
