Professional Biography of Charlotte

Charlotte joined the Coutts team in 2020 working as a Lawyer within our Wills and Estates team. Charlotte is primarily based in our Narellan office, however, she regularly attends to clients in the hospital, at home and our other Coutts offices. Her commitment to client services saw her quickly progress to the role of a Senior Lawyer in July 2022.

Charlotte is passionate about estate planning and providing her client’s with peace of mind knowing that their families and assets are protected in life and in passing.

Charlotte has an extensive knowledge of estate planning and estate administration to ensure that your affairs are dealt with in an empathetic and comprehensive manner. It is her warmth and friendly nature that enables her clients to feel at ease. Charlotte is focused on clear communication and each client’s individual story. This allows a deep understanding which in turn accommodates the client’s concerns, needs and wishes.

In the realm of estate administration Charlotte is often engaged to assist executors and family members who have lost a loved one in managing and distributing an estate. As part of her role, she partners with local financial planners and accountants to offer a holistic and collaborative approach to estate planning and succession planning.

Outside of Coutts, Charlotte has been involved in various charities and community initiatives such as undertaking pro-bono work for Cancer Council of Australia, volunteering at a community gardening group and taking part in charity initiatives to assist returning soldiers.

  • Bachelor of Law from Western Sydney University
  • Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Western Sydney University
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law
  • Admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales
